Steve is the owner of Perbix and Morgan and has over 35 years of experience as an attorney. Steve originally began at the firm as an associate attorney when the firm was known as Mitchell and Perbix. Steve worked his way up to becoming a partner with his former boss, Jim Perbix, and the firm was renamed as Perbix and Morgan. Steve's knowledge of the law and his experience as an attorney helps provide clients with the best representation. Steve's practice areas include real estate transactions, estate planning and administration, tax preparation, and other areas of civil practice.

Lindy joined Perbix and Morgan in the summer of 2021 as an  attorney. Lindy  graduated from Western Illinois University in 2018 and SIU School of Law in 2021. Her practice areas include estate planning and administration, real estate, forcible entry and detainer, family law, mediation, and other areas of civil practice. Lindy is a Mason County native. Lindy currently serves on the Illinois State Bar Association's Young Lawyer's Division Council where she serves on the pro bono/public service committee. Lindy also is the cheer coach at the Havana Junior High School. Lindy enjoys serving those in Mason County and surrounding areas.

 Kathy joined Perbix and Morgan as a legal assistant in 2020. She brings to our firm years of Management and Administrative experience. Along with a positive attitude that helps put clients at ease, Kathy helps our office provide clients with exceptional representation. She is a great asset to our team.  Ali joined Perbix and Morgan as a legal assistant in 2022. She currently assists Attorney Giesler with family law and other matters. Ali's friendly personality and diligence has proved beneficial during her communications with clients.  Ali was born and raised in Havana, IL and enjoys spending time with her animals.
